Domestic
All online domestic* orders from nursing facilities totaling less than $75.00 will be charged $5.00 for UPS^® Ground shipping. All online domestic orders being shipped to a residential address will be charged $7.00 for UPS^® Ground shipping

FREE SHIPPING is provided for all online domestic orders utilizing ground shipping for orders totaling more than $75.00 and being delivered to one domestic address.

*Domestic delivery covers shipping to addresses within the contiguous 48 states of the United States.

Domestic Extensions
All online orders shipped to a domestic extension (defined as Alaska and Hawaii) will be charged the actual UPS shipping charge for shipping and handling.

International Orders
Covers all locations not covered by Domestic and Domestic Extensions shipping.

International online orders will be charged the actual shipping charges upon shipment from American Health Care Apparel. On international orders, customs, taxes, and import duties are applied once the shipment reaches its destination. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and will vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details. All customs, taxes and import duty charges are payable to UPS^® at the time of international delivery.
